In addition to reservations services, some of the restaurants we work with choose to use our Credit Card Guarantee system. This allows restaurants to charge ‘no-show’ fees to diners who do not honour bookings, or have not cancelled their booking within a specified window. Monies will only be taken via these secure systems should a restaurant request that a charge is made.
